Arrival and Exit Preparation:
AC temp, Water turned on/off, Housekeeper of owner’s own selection and info provided can be arranged for arrival or exit…homeowner to pay
themselves, golf cart checked and charged.
Monthly While Away:
Two security and maintenance checks, AC filter changed, any lightbulbs changed, any package deliveries placed inside.
Any maintenance issues detected during checks that need immediate attention will require homeowner to authorize us to fix and there will be a
fee of the cost of the bill.
Hurricane Prepration:
All basic packages will have the option to have hurricane services at an additional charge at the time depending on the amount of furniture and preparation need for each house.
